Common questions
What happens after my trial?
Nothing is charged during your 14-day trial, and no card is needed to start. When the trial ends, you choose to continue and enter a card. If you don't, your account simply pauses. Your data stays safe, and nothing is deleted.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel any time. We don't do annual lock-ins or cancellation fees.
What's the difference between Solo and Team?
Solo is one login, built for the owner-operator running the show. Team is for when you're too busy to do it all yourself: add up to 3 people, decide whether each one enters customers, sends moments, or both, and see exactly who did what. You can switch between plans any time.
Does Appreciate Engine send messages for me?
No, and that's intentional. We surface the right message and write a suggested draft. You (or a team member you choose) copy it and send it from a real phone. That's what makes it feel personal instead of automated.
